			<description><![CDATA[ I lost sound to ETW a couple of months ago but I gave the game a break, deciding to wait for the patch. In the meantime I&#39;ve played various other games and
none of them have had any sound issues. The patch is here and I still have ZERO sound in ETW. I can&#39;t enjoy the epic roar of musket fire or clash of

			<description><![CDATA[ Well I installed it today and started it up. First thing I noticed, all the colors are yellow. Everything has a yellow tint to it. I started a battle and all
the colors were extremely messed up and wrong.

With 1.3, I had a problem that was causing a CTD on the splash screen. I reinstalled it TWICE, and it worked the second time.

has to use low settings).

<p>GFX - XFX ATI Radeon HD4870 @775/950

GPU under load tops 80C and it can get there very quickly.
<br>
Empire would often freezeup in battles and was guaranteed to freeze in a naval battles.

got a really nasty bug here, it appears that I can&#39;t declare war to any nation without getting a CTD. I&#39;m currently playing as Great Britain. This bug
happens when I go into the diplomatic relations tab, and tries to declare war, I press the &quot;send msg&quot; button, all freezes, and CTD. When I&#39;m onto
it, I can also mention another bug, where I can&#39;t interract with a general without getting CTD.
