Ok im here lots of complaints about unsepcified errors which is worrying to say the least. I am intsalling the patch now, if it successful i will give you info on how to install the patch exactly as i have done.~lets not :)~ Toxic

i have no problem with people that are unsatisfied, but the rules come first, take a lead from vulgars example. he is a very good poster who gets his point across, criticises and debates and will not...

I don't think that it is an opinion that this game was shipped with some major flaws and that the production company has taken an inordinate amount of time to fix those problems. I don't feel it is an unreasonable opinion when I feel that good customer service requires that a company be concerned about quality control and might want to try and release a less buggy game. equally unless you are more than one person dont refer to yourself as "we" dotn assume you speak for other people,they will say their own views if they feel the need to.
i paid full price and am a normal public customer same as you, i am not upset they have announced kingdoms as i know it wouldnt make any difference if they did or didnt announce the game on when the patch is coming out. CA can work on more than one thing and always have. you can bet the next TW is being worked...

Mr toxicseagull, am I wrong if I wrote that you (or we at least) can sense a somewhat irritation over the fact that they mentioned that there will a patch, and then starts to promote the next game. We that has paid for a game, want a game that works, and that is why Totalwar has a forum, so they will get satisfied customers that buys again. They had a nice rep for the Rome-edition, but no...

I'm running on Windows Vista, dual core processor. Did a clean install then added the 1.2 patch. Went to unpack all and ran it. Sat for over 20 mins as it unpacked, (apparently). Went back into the directory, no files unpacked. Someone suggested in these forums to right click unpacker all and run as administrator. Tried that, the command screen flashed up for half a second then nothing. Uninstalled completely, then reinstalled and patched. Tried first up to run the unpacked as...

calling them hustlers on their own forum isnt amazingly smart. however if you actually have a complaint or something you need to say. do so in a decent manner with some actual substance in Rants+Raves.

it wont work for D2D. the same issue that were inc in 1.1 have to be addressed in 1.2. this will happen when D2D receive a official patch.
