			<description><![CDATA[ Did you follow all the instructions GSC? I&#39;ve only just installed GUAM and Stone Forts, although I&#39;ve had Retrofit for a while. Mine is all working
fine though. Have you read through all the instructions and FAQs carefully? The smallest change can make the game crash! I&#39;ve done it to my own game when
I&#39;ve tinkered with it many a time... ]]></description>

<p> It was the descr_strat.txt. I didn&#39;t realize I had to copy and paste entire sections and move them around. hope I didn&#39;t screw anything else up
like give France a Russian prince.</p>

difference if an enemy faction can make a move in between the two allied nations. For example, if say France moved to siege a Spanish city, Spain will have a

			<description><![CDATA[ I have a question though on setting up the hotseat game for retrofit 1.0. I have an order of turns I would like the factions to be played, but for the life of
me I cannot figure out how to implement it. When selecting factions, it doesn&#39;t matter which order I select the factions, the turn order is always the same
order as to which the faction symbols appear in the setup screen. How do I set up the campaign so that I can dictate which order the factions are played?
