I see there are many fresh downloads yet so we give you this fix to the mod. It is not savegame compatible. Unzip it in the main folder of the game. Overwrite everything.

What does it contain?
-Sound fix
-A little improvement bonus to settlements
-info cards
-removed Lanternas
-Orange Krampuses range is limited to 50 meters.

Edit: link removed because version 1.02 is available.

So there is a Santa Invasion folder in your Medieval directory, a Santa_Invasion.cfg file and you run the game with the Santa_Invasion.bat.
Some people said their unzip program wasn't able to unzip all the files. Try to copy the files from the zip to the Santa Invasion directory. This directory must be about 166 Mb.

Hm. I had no trouble with it, but I have v1.2 installed, without Kingdoms. Maybe that's the problem.

I know there aren't any elves, but just transfer over the Sherwood Archers model and outfits. With only a little re-texturing they could make the perfect arrow elves!

I'd do it myself if i had access to my m2 computer right now.

The text on the 3rd table is wrong, the mod runs even if you installed Kingdoms or patch 1.03
