Are the people at creative Assembly considering creating a Mac versions of the Total War series. With more and more people turning to Macs it would seem a very
profitable idea to do this.I myself have been a life long fan of PC till I was introduced to a Mac and one could imagine the dissapointment myself and others
have felt when realizing that our favorite game series of all time would be no longer avaliable to us. I was wondering what the makers of Total War are
planning to do with this growing trend especially with the new Empire TW ???

no, havent you read? its the macs biggest achievement.....being able to install windows on them.
joking aside, it seems the easiest way to solve the OP's problems. as even then most mac versions come out several months after the PC version |

like joker says, i used to have a mac and the gaming market for macs just isn't at that point yet, my advice is buy a retail version of that windows on mac
thing, a little while ago there was a free beta but i dont know where that was. look in a mac magazine, or ther apple website.
or you could do what i do, have both but that only makes sence if you got sveral ppl in your house like me haha and dont you worry windows ppl, your time will come to an end and the age of macs will begin! muhahaha |

I'm a windows user, but making games multi-media (Or the phrase used for something that can run on two platforms) has been practiced before, for example
World of Warcraft, I'm not sure how hard it would be to do so, or if there will be an effect on the performance, but you know, an Idea.

The age of the Macintosh computer is long gone, the PC accomplished much more.
They need to be implementing games for Linux now. ;) |

Windows is the most popular operating system on the market and the most supported from hardware to software it is more logical for them to program their game
for windows only. until an opperating system is produced that is better than windows we have to settle for the fact that most, if not all, games will be for
Windows based

agreed- macs suck and are really only for musicians and artists....
any other reason to get one is beyond me. if u have a good anti-virus and dont do stupid things with it, you will be fine and no crashes. i have had my windoes for 5 years and no crashes and is never slow. but 2 gb on XP helps. BLEEP There are minors on this forum.

You know... if we put the entire computer world back to zero right now, so that no one had computers, no one had prejudices towards either microsoft, apple or
whoever, compatibility issues were of the future...
Then I'm pretty sure there would soon be a mac in nearly every home, instead of a PC, as it is now. |
