Rome Total war end of turn crash??? (topic) I'm on windows vista and i've played until about 237 BC without any problems, and all of a sudden everytime I click next turn by the time it gets to Thrace's turn my game crashes to the desktop. Re: micro manage (reply) yeah i was testing switching from spear to blade with the companion cav against praetorians, it really doesnt seem to make a difference. |

Re: micro manage (reply) if you look at the export_descr_units file it shows what units have a secondary attack...that also allows you to see which units its worth using it for! |

Re: micro manage (reply) this only works on cavalry (or any other unit) with a secondary attack.... You hold the alt key down when you right click to attack....this is also a way to get missile troops to charge when they still have ammo There are not that many units worth ... |

micro manage (topic) ive been hearing that you can switch cavalry from spear bearing to sword bearing by micro managing... just wondering how i would do this, because i cant see any buttons to press??? Pleasehelp. And what are the benifits of switching froms spear to sword? |

Re: unlock all factions? (reply) The best thing to do would be to add the '-show err' line to your shortcut. Go to your desktop and right click on your Rome Total War shortcut. Then select Properties. In the Properties tab there is a box called Target. Add the following code to the end ... |
