I have played my same saved game on 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 leaked and 1.2 official and it still works!
Copy it out of the /Sega/Medieval II Total War/saves/ folder, then uninstall and reinstall MTW2 and install the official patch. There's no other option. |

I am very curious, is there any way of 'saving' the factions that have been won on a campaign. I am playing Spain on the leaked 1.2 and have spent a
while getting rid of the moors. I'm very happy about this, as I reckon they'll be fun to play, but now I'm guessing they'll disappear from my
list of playable factions even if I copy the saved games folder...
For my own reasons, I'm not happy about altering the file that makes different factions playable. I'm really just after finding out whether there is a folder I have to copy? Thanks! |
