When you are there, create a text document. To create it, right click, New, Text Document.
Then, change its name to cin-ed.cfg
Open it with Wordpad and copy the following as Caliban stated.

#END COPY------------------------------------------------------
When you have copied, save it.
Now, you must create a batch file. Create a text document again. Open it with wordpad and copy the following in it: Medieval2.exe @cin-ed.cfg
When you are done with that, save it and change its name to cin-ed.bat.
But, be aware, that the first document you created must be named cin-ed.cfg, this is important because you put Medieval2.exe @cin-ed.cfg in the batch file.
Lastly, you should find the line in your cin-ed.cfg file to change something. You can always change what you've copied in that cin-ed.cfg file by opening it with Wordpad. Open it again with Wordpad and find the line:
file = C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\Replays\
Here you must write your replay name. For example, if its name is Big Army, you should write the following there:
file = C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\Replays\Big Army.rpy
You must be ready, but one last additional warning:)
In the line "file = C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\Replays\" as you can see it's in C:\ but if your game has been installed in another directory such as D:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\Replays\ you must change it to D:\ or if it's in E:\ you should change it to E:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\Replays\
Don't forget to write your replay name there:)
When you have done everything and written your replay name, you must double-click your cin-ed.bat file to begin to watch your replay.
Hope that helps, I tried to be as precise as I could.
