Taken from the gamespot review. Sounds interesting. Hopefully it doesnt over power the Native factions. Anyone heard anything else about this? I hadn't heard anything about it untill recently. |

Why should it overpower the Native American tribes any more than crusades or jihads do for Christians and Muslims?

I heard Warpath mentioned before- I made the assumption that it is their form of Crusading, but I don't really know anything about it. I doubt there is
much to it, more movement points and more mercenaries. Though I'm glad to hear that the Natives do have it, even with numbers I'd assume the Natives
would have trouble against the Europeans.

I think it will be somewhat modified. I imagine it won't really have a target city but will maybe have a start and end point and the goal is to raid and
sack all the settlements from point A to B.

yeah, or maybe when you go on warpath you get a certain time limit (say 10 turns) and attempt to do as much damage to the enemy in the allotted time.

Perhaps it has an increased "scorched earth" effect to represent the natives raping the land, to help deprive the settlers before attempting to drive
them off?
I really can't wait for this game, especially now I've found out MOHAA won't be available for PS2 |
