If your question is technical, post in the proper subforum. We have
seperate boards for MTW2, RTW and the rest.

If your problem is technical, make sure to include a DirectXDiagnostics report
(copy the ENTIRE text file contents).
Don't post your DXDiag in another persons thread with asking first, as it causes complications. Also go through the information below before posting.

Sega support have the best support for specific issues relating to CD-Keys and
manufacturing defects are the best to deal with these specific issues. You can contact them through their online system.
