Good news, Jack Lusted just confirmed at the TWC site that the shadow bug has been fixed, too. That should please those with DX10 cards.

Haha! :D I couldn't believe it, took a second to register WHY I was opening at page 2 not page 35! I thought they were compiling a fix list for a second,
was so confused!!
