Any chance of seeing a screenshot of a unit in the square Sensei?
 I like
the ability to form more than one unit into a single square.....

looks very good. i can't wait to build a giant square formation with all 20 units!
can allies join the square if they have the technology to do it? and is there a limit to how many units can take part in making one? |

I love the new technology options :), more ways to think about how to defend and attack. and so more ways to become a great fighter!

Finally we can have horse kebabs like Waterloo had On a more serious note would it be possible to get more units into the same square Or is it 1 unit = 1 square |

I suspect allies joining the square would be impossible to implement I'm afraid.
This formation brings back painful memories of battles in Imperial Glory. Man that game was awful at times. I'm eagerly anitcipating having that memory wiped from my mind by ETW |

It will be a nightmare to me when i charge with Ottoman Cavalry (which always the biggest part of the army)... But i like challanges |

I personally dislike this formation cause I'm a big cavalry user, and then again, I'm sure I'll focus on artillery too.

I would be NOT looking forward for Denmark. It's only a pic to represent the technology. I would dislike the pics, if there would be only british soldiers
on it.
I think CA do to much for British and American and to less for European. If you look at some sites Prussia is the second favorite faction after the British.

Again with the favoritism claim! Show me evidence...
The factions released so far are France, Sweden, Ottomans and then Great Britain. Fourth out of 12 hardly seems like favoritism, and we don't even know yet if the thirteen colonies will be a playable faction. Apologies for the off-topic rant, but this claim is really infuriating - given that it is a game made by a British designer company, I think it's remarkably even-handed and free of jingoism and favoritism. |

Well, CA is a British developer and Britain did play a large role during this time period. Obviously other European nation did so too but they've decided
to focus more on the US (aside from Britain) and thats probably to attarct more American customers. It's a really large market and CA haven't made an
impact over there yet as they have in Europe.
