I'm sure everyone who has played RTW and M2TW has noticed the phenomenon I am about to describe. Two infantry units are fighting. At least, some of them
are. About 1/4 of each unit is hacking away at each other and the other 75% of each is hanging out in the rear of the engagement. They're acting like
they're fighting, but all they're really doing is sidestepping back and forth while brandishing their weapons. Is there a fix for this, so I can get my
entire infantry unit to engage the enemy? The only tactic I've found that works is telling my infantry to run through the enemy unit, and then telling them
to attack once they are 100% overlapping the enemy. This gets all my guys in action, but tends to result in horrendous casualties, since my guys are running
through the enemy's ranks, getting chopped to bits the whole time. Any ideas, links, or suggestions?
