Ok, so hi! I'm new here but I've been playing Total War games for all of eternity.
Essentially, I want to give my thoughts on the demo. First of all, I hated the long waiting time at the copyright screen and the loading times are ridiculous! I hope CA fixes this. The Land Battle was fun, but really short and overall, small. The unit sizes were tiny compared to the 120+ troops you would get in one unit in M2:TW. Perhaps these are just rigged unit sizes for the Historical Battle and will change in the full game?
I found the troop animations to be amazing. The death anims, reload anims, and overall graphics were phenomenal. Again, I just hope that the unit sizes can be increased somehow to make the game a tad bit more enjoyable. Having 80 men in one unit takes away from some of the fun when half of your men are immediately destroyed and there's nothing left to look at.
Anyways, I really enjoyed the demo overall. What do you guys think?
