There're many Total War fans in Korea. And I really like the latest game, Empire: Total War. Though some bugs are very annoying, I really like to play this
game day and night.
But sadly, we don't have korean localized edition of ETW. If your mother tongue were Korean, the language barrier is not a small obstacle to play ETW. Language is totally different between korean and english.
So some members of our group were trying to translate english version into korean. And we've made an alpha version. It's not perfect but works well.
I know that modding is allowed in ETW. It's the one of the popular feature of this game. But I can't convince whether the localisation is modding or not. Therefore, I'd like to ask this. Is the localisation of ETW allowed and legal? We only modified "patch_en.pack".
