Hi this a copy of an e-mail i sent trymedia but they are bloody useless over there... so im turning to the rest of the world....
- The download manager for the game DOES NOT WORK
- It tries to connect then says WE ARE FACING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY IN DOWNLOADING THE GAME PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- Now please tell me what to do.
- I managed to download the data file no problem directly from the link provided in the email being

segaus/static/RomeTotalWarGE/ RomeTotalWarGEData.001 - I managed to bypass the download manager after much hassle to find through the internet a URL from where to download the RomeTotalWarGE.exe and successfully installed the game
- on the activation page which is also powered by Activemark there is the 'already paid? click here'
- HOWEVER this directs to a page with Gamestop.com and EB Games at the top and asks to sign in an e-mail address and password.
- I tried entering the activation code in the password space to no avail
- I also tried creating an account but there was no history of purchase
- there is no mention of an activation code or click renew button as you mentioned in your e-mail
- either tell me what i should do about the download manager...something to fix it..or maybe there is a different way of bypassing the download manager and ultimately accessing a version that allows me to enter my code
- or else tell me what i can do to activate my product through the version i managed to download which is explained above.
- please whatever you do provide a sensible solution and do not send me what you sent before because as i said the download manager does not work!!
