Here's the battle it started with their main force trying to ambush me from behind and I brought my cav from the side and smashed into their faction leader killing him in a fearsome charge. As my cav killed their spearmen from behind some of my infantry stopped them from turning around to harm my cavalry and my captain. The rest of my infantry and archers killed of their missle infantry and fended off the first wave of the second army charging from the southwest. Once my cavalry and the rest of my infantry were back in line my other infantry (mostly spearmen) were fighting off the next army of scots. my cavalry rammed from behind killing one of their family members and forcing the other to leave with three guards left. Once about half of the second army was killed (all that was left was spearmen who were shaken and on the edge of fleeing the second army commanded by the faction heir swept in with mostly cavalry support from the North edge of the map. My infantry being unready lost several men in the first charge. The broken infantry of the second scot army began to rally. My archers came behind my spearmen and fired a round of fire at the enemy spearmen from behind making them turn only to be charged at from behind by my cavalry in the backs. But the scot heir charged in and forced Captain Gregory to to run leaving the spearmen to turn to chase him making them vulnerable to my archers and spearmen. The enemy spearmen fled in disgrace leaving only several units of enemy cavalry left. My spearmen charged the cavalry killing them quickly. All that was left was Captain Gregorys' 12 heavy cavalry verses the Heirs 9 bodyguards. The captain was on the edge of the map without any support from his army. He ordered his men to charge the heir and the heir told his men to do the same. They charged and after the charge only 4 men remained 3 on Gregorys side and the only man left for the Scots was the Heir himself. Knowing if he fled the scot people would have no time to make ready for the invasion of the english he charged so I ordered my men to do the same the result 1 on 1 we charged again, the victor.... Captain Gregory! The English won the battle took over Ireland and eliminated the Scots in one battle, a great victory! Captain Gregory was adopted by the English family and was the General at the battle of Dublin where the english killed the Irish rebels. (Ireland became rebels after the battle)
English losses totaled 443 Scottish loses totaled 5217 and i got a site of famous battle cross just north of Dublin. A great victory after all.
My question is has any one else gotten the "Site of Famous Battle" landmark and how did the battle go with it?
