Looking good, but I see you mean domination in the empire total war game, not the other sort. . .

Cool, thanks Sensei.
It's nice to get an insight into how some of the makers play the game

Good blog generally, thanks. I never realised that when you raided a trade route, you only raid your enemy's ships, and not your allies; I have often had a
chance to raid, and turned it down so as to not annoy factions I want good relations with!
On the downside, 'Saving your campaign before beginning a battle will allow you to replay the battle, should you be displeased by the outcome'! That is cheating! Naturally we all know that Arthur Wellesley saved before Waterloo, and Nelson had to replay Trafalgar 6 times! It can't happen in real life, so why should it happen on a TW? If you get annhialated, tough. And also, trying out different tactics is for quick battle! |

Foreign policy - If your Rake succeeds in an act of sabotage, the faction you attack will automatically blame their greatest enemy and the relationship between those two nations will suffer as a result. Now, THAT IS awesome. |

The only enemy I can't seem to beat They call themselves the
Battle U Greatly Squad They are a invisible army from the distant future with really advanced weapons they must have mind control cause they make my troops go in directions I don't want them to go and they have a weapon that has the power to nuke the whole world and reverse time, its called a CTD, I'm still doing research to see if my scientist can create a way to stop this awesome weapon http://www.crispygamer.co...empire-total-war-pc.aspx

my guide to world domination for land battles is to just autoresolve. or, if for some reason you forget they are borked and want to relive old TW moments, and
by plucking up the courage, arrange your men in a line and turn off fire at will. then press start battle and just take a stroll around the map, take in the
brilliant graphics. no need to check the action, you will be informed when its all over. if you do check though, be sure not to be fooled by your whole line
being engaged in melee. it was normal for this period for muskets to be used as fancy spears, rarely was a shot ever fired. also, dont be alarmed, unit
formations switching from line to sqaure are merely practising for this winters synchronised square forming championships, best sqaure wins. practise makes
perfect.
also, on another serious note, thanks for a few of the tips, didnt know a couple of them |

You advise to put men behind walls, but you haven't fixed the rank firing units being unable to fire from behind walls bug yet. I haven't seen it even
mentioned in any of your patches or daily updates.

Thanks Mark! I'll have to try a tri-grouping of my ships. Previously I've only tried 1 or 2.

I don't really understand what you mean with the 3-lines of ships. Where does each line have to go??

Great advice! Thanks a lot. I still need a lot of work on my naval battles, and my land battles could stand a few less casualties as well. The grand campaign
is just FAR too enormous of a task for me to undertake just yet!
