Welcome to Create A Country (CAC) I'm gggg. This is a role playing game where you create a country and you begin. Here's how you start.

Use this rubric to claim land. IF YOU DO NOT CLAIM LAND, THEN YOU DON'T HAVE A COUNTRY. How is a country supposed to exist without land to exist on?
Rules for Claiming Land:
1. You can not claim land already owned by another player when you first make a nation.
2. You cannot claim oceans or pieces of oceans.
3. You must post the rubric to gain control of a particular land. No land claim will be honored unless you have filled out the rubric.

Third Class World
A third Class world is the rank you are given when you first start. You have a small undeveloped nation, your technology is limited and your army is small. New countries are not allowed to be attacked for one day unless they attack first or threaten another country. In the event of extreme overpowering from a country less than 1 day old, they may be attacked. Third Class is the lowest rank.
Third Class Worlds can be promoted by me for the following reasons.
-For playing for a while.
-For posting frequently.
-For helping in a Global Crisis.
-For participating in Wars.
Second Class Worlds
Second Class worlds are countries that have advanced from the lowest ranks. This rank is given to you after you've been playing for a while. You have a powerful army, advanced technology and you are a developed country. You are considered an advanced country. Second Class Countries have the advantage of a better economy than Third Class Countries. Second Class Countries are mainly promoted to Global Power for how long they've been playing and for how frequent they post. It takes longer to go from Second Class to Global Power than it does to go from Third to Second Class.
Global Power
Global Powers are countries that have been playing for quite some time. They have a large advanced military and they have some of the most advanced technology. Their economy is very rich and their country is very advanced.
The Government Official Department
The Government Official Department (GOD) is the force in the game that makes sure that all countries follow the rules. In the beginning I'll be the only member of GOD nut once I promote a few players to Global Power, I'll promote two players to GOD and we'll hold votes and we'll even vote whether or not to add new members to GOD. If a GOD vote comes to a tie all countries on the thread will vote on the decision. GOD will also act as a diplomacy force to stop wars and it will destroy other countries that break rules with advanced technology, and open the former country to new players.
Rules
1. No overpowering of any country is allowed. This also means invincible objects are not allowed.
2. You can make or join an alliance, but your alliances rules only apply for the members in your alliance.
3. Completely destroying any moons, planets, the sun, the solar system, etc. is not allowed.
4. You cannot force someone to take on a role they do not want to take on. You control only your own characters.
5. No extreme acts of war without retort. The country receiving the blow must retaliate.
6. Your power is based on:
- Age
- Activeness in posting
- Technology
- Military
- Cultural Intelligence
7. Your troop number cannot exceed your population. Your population must also be sensible and take the size of the land you own into consideration (New countries can't have a population of 1 billion as that is overpowering.
8. When you start you can give yourself to much land (For example you're not allowed to make your country own half the world as that wouldn't be fair look at the land I give myself (next post)

1. You can not make nuclear bombs until you are a Global Power.
2. Time of game will be one month per page.
If you break a GOD Motion I will warn you and tell you to stop or I may destroy a restricted technology you made. If you refuse to my demands your Kingdom will be automatically destroyed by me and you may make another nation. If you are destroyed three times for breaking rules of GOD Motions you may not make a new nation. If you attempt to make a new nation you will be ignored.
