Posts: 23 11/23/09 09:28:08	Tags : None When a bride is presented how can you look at her rating and find out what nation she belongs to. Ive been playing this game for years and havent ever been able to tell. I will minimize the window and search around or her but i dont see her. I just dont want to marry a god prince to a weak princess

Posts: 5 11/23/09 10:06:20	If you get a "bride presented" window that is not a princess. marriages with foreign princesses are done via the diplomacy screen(in which case the only way to see traits other than charm is to use a spy)

Posts: 5586 11/23/09 16:08:57 Administrator	These events are not about Princesses, just how Suitable Husband events, adoption events and Man Of The Hour Events don't concern existing family members on the map. Basically these events are given as alternatives to marrying on-map characters. If you want that particualr family member to marry a particualr on-map character, you can just say no. If not and you jsut want anyone to mary as long as its not a in-game character, then you can say yes. THe only real drawback for accepting these is that the female family member is not a Princess and thus gains no alliances, and the male family member cannot be wed to any Princess logically.

Posts: 96 11/23/09 20:19:51	Ahhh... this has got me thinking, what happens if a player chooses to never marry any of their family members to anyone? Will all family members eventually die of old age (if they don't die of other causes first), and the faction's royal family will die out and the player will lose the game?

Posts: 5586 11/23/09 21:19:24 Administrator	The game selects other family members as a new king (and any sons/ other family members as heirs) if your royal family dies out. This continues until there are no more family members alive. You lose after that since one of the conditions for factions destroyed is all family members have died.
