If you entered the video competition, i will let you know the next step. At midnight tonight no more entries would be accepted. So dont bother. I will also post a link to a poll which would be present on the old yuku forum for preference and to make it easier. There you can select your favourite. Thanks! Now, let me get to the point. Julian Mehfeld - who works in SEGA America, for the Total War Deparment as chosen the NTWFG to host a series of competitions for the NTW community. And they are going to sponser me, and provide GENUINE, RARE + AWESOME PRIZES! THIS IS GENUINE + THE PRIZES ARE REAL! (See spoiler below to see whats up for grabs) The Whole Arrangement will last 10 days, after that, no other entries will be counted. So here are the competitions. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Video Contest: This is the main contest, and offers the best prizes! The whole point of this is to produce a 2-6 minute video of NTW, this can be in any form e.g Cinematic, Epic etc Has to be based on Vanilla (un-modded game) Prizes 1st Place 1x Napoleon Figurine (Came with the Emperors Edition) + Your video being hosted on SEGA's Youtube Channel! 1x NTW Sweatshirt/ Jumper 1x NTW T-Shirt 2nd Place 1x NTW Sweatshirt/ Jumper 3rd Place 1x NTW T-Shirt I will short-list the entries down to the final 10, and SEGA will judge the 3rd, 2nd and 3rd Places! _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Screenshot Competition This is very self explanatory, it is bassically a screenshot of NTW. This can be edited using some photo editing software Must use NTW Vanilla Must be saved in a easily accessible format (e.g JPEG, or PNG) Prizes: 1st Place: 1x Napoleon Figurine 2nd Place: 1x NTW Sweatshirt/ Jumper 3rd Place: 1x NTW T-Shirt I will shortlist the entries to the final 5-10 (depends on how many enter) And a poll will be set up for you to vote for your favourite one.. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ AAR Contest (After Action Report) This can be in 3 forms - 1) A video Format 2) A story Board (Using Images) 3) A typed up story Each Entry HAS to be story driven e.g following a character/battle or something Prizes: 1st Place 1x Napoleon Figurine 2nd Place 1x NTW Jumper/ Sweatshirt 3rd Place 1x NTW T-Shirt I will judge each entry, and announce each winner. _________________________________________________________________________________________ How To Enter! To bad I lack so much creativity and skills Video's take a lot of work and a lot of skill and creativity but everyone comes across a point in a battle that would make an excellent screenshot, you just need to recognise it at the time and capture it. There's no real reason why everyone on the board can't submit 1 picture and anyway you wouldn't want me to win this competition hands down without even a fight would you? While I'm playing this weekend I shall keep an eye out for an AAR opportunity and if I see one I'll enter that as well or maybe I'll enter my entire duel into that contest if I don't spot one lol
